CDT Runescape Enthusiasts - Create/Compile

So I know myself recently has had a lot of questions in regards to quests needed for "X" build and what recommended stats would be best or something for "X" account.

I think if possible I and a few other people from the CDT should do some research and get a few guides sticky'd either in 07 general or in the guides section on something like:

Fully quested 1 def pure // 10 def // 20 def // 30 def (Would only very by a few quests that would be marked as "For 10 def, for 20 def, etc"
Fully quested void pure
Fully quested Berserker Pure

There are guides we could find on another forum or by general runescape knowledge but I think it would be a really good thing to have detailed build guides on the forum because runescape makes up a big part of the community.

I already have a void guide posted in 07 general I believe (That I could remake with much more detail/pictures/links, and i'm currently looking to find and or compile a fully quested (Every item a pure would ever need to quest for) guide.

Please give me some feedback on this idea, and if anyone from the CDT or mods think this is a good idea, get in touch with me via pm or skype

make runescape guides and sticky them to help out a big portion of the community

 

Good idea if a strict structure is agreed and kept to on each guide to aid familiarity ect.

Also everyone sort of wants a unique account so there should be a sticky regarding this.

I.E

With 40 defense, 42(?) crafting a player can paint his own crest on a rune kite to stand out from the crowd.

 

Wouldn't hurt to help out people that aren't very knowledgable in that section. +support

Sure, but don't make separate sticky threads. Keep all builds together.

 

So just create one gigantic thread with every build guide we could think of?

1. Can we make one massive thread, or is there a character limit?

2. If we can't make one big post, should we divide separate posts first, second, third post and on, to different builds? Then in the OP refer to what post to look at for "X" build?

 

I don't think there is a character limit, but you could easily divide all builds with each post. So yeah.

Yeah, anyone can do it, it does not have to be the CDT.

 

I dont think there is a demand for this personally, sure it doesn't hurt to add it but meh.

 

You don't need permission for this. Since you feel strongly about this idea, why don't you just go ahead and get started on the threads, and then contact other knowledgeable RuneScape users if they would like to help.
