Explanation of the trade: Agreed on 115 for his 07 account. I would send the money through paypal and he would give me the info.

How they scammed: I sent the money through paypal. I gave him my email of what I wanted the account to be changed to. He said he set the email to mine which he never did. I did not receive a refund or the account.
