How did the user scam?: The user broke the ToS. The user was never supposed to receive a refund for being banned(As my thread says). We agreed that if the user did get banned, I would do the stats again on a fresh account. The user then proceeded to cancel the service and have Jaguar refund him. Jaguar never noticed that the user broke the ToS and went aheaded and refunded him.

As the user did break my ToS, he is required to have paid me. However, I contacted Zuzel about what happened and Zuzel told me that the user is required to pay for what was completed. After showing the user what Zuzel said, he will still not pay. This is the screenshot of my conversation with Zuzel:

Therefore, the user should be required to pay me for the work that was completed.


EDIT #1: I asked Jaguar on skype if he believes that Phat Shock is required to pay for what was completed, and he said yea.

From your ToS, this is not binding as you botted the account. Therefore, he is entitled to a refund (if you do not create another account with similar stats or agree to a refund).

You may have wanted to create another account for the user, but you're trying to dispute this after the fact.
You're not requesting to create another account for this user, but claiming you are entitled to payment for training on an account which resulted in a ban and can never be used.

You are not entitled to payment for that.

Zuzel111 was never informed that the account was banned for macroing, which broke your ToS.
