Where to find non-flagged proxies?

I've used proxy services advertised on various forums before, and I have a feeling they are all flagged.. Where can I find proxies other than the resold and reused ones found on different forums?

 

Though often slow and sometimes risky*, TOR (The Onion Router) could be an excellent alternative to high-traffic VPNs. However, I've forgotten if it works the same way a regular VPN works or if it's browser based -- Which I presume you do not want. Anyways, I'd suggest doing a little research on it.

*Your data traffic is vunerable while using TOR; people with the correct tools could monitor the traffic.

 

No one to know if a proxy is flagged or not, just best to buy from places that other RS people don't abuse/buy from.
