I was scammed, and need a mod to review this.

To start off, I performed an account for money trade with a Sythe member who i thought was legit since he had 200 vouches, his name is http://www.sythe.org/members/337789-chillzer1.html

The trade was 145m for a maxed account, the deal was 45m to start off with then 100m through week. However i got a temp. Ban for self vouching so we both agreed to finish off the trade after i was banned, it worried him a bit so i asked him for a refund on Skype. To confirm it was him on skype he sent me a sythe pm:

Then he confirmed that we did the first part of the trade through pm:

After the trade was done he was a bit worried since i got scammed so i asked him if he would like to refund because i didnt want to waste my time.

He didnt say anything and didnt reply, so in my opinion he didnt want to.

Then earlier, he refused to pay when the date come and asked for refund which had been used for nearly 3 weeks. He has been staking for other people on my account to make profit, and now hes asking for a refund and will not pay the 100m. I then said no to the refund considering he didnt say yes before and that he had wasted 3 weeks of my time.

 

Were these pictures sent by him? They're very unclear.

This is enough evidence to require payment, in addition to the time he has used the account.

I've sent a PM to chillzer1 regarding this thread.

 

Yes the pms are from him, im not sure how i can show it but i have the whole conversation on skype.

 

Account has been returned to ilongboard4life by chillzer1.

Chillzer1 has decided to lose 45M OSRS as a payment for lending the account instead of paying an additional 100M OSRS to purchase it.
