Help finding a glitch site

Hi, I am just posting here in hopes someone remembers the site I am talking about. It was one that floated around here for some time and had glitched primarily for runescape but it also showed you how/why the glitch worked and ideas for making it work in other games using similar methods. If anyone can help me with the site name or even if you know similar sites that would be cool trying to find it for a friend but can't recall the name as it's been quite some time.
