Requesting TWC on the user

Explanation: The user wanted me to get him so Dung tokens on rs3 for a set amount of rs3gp. In my thread, it states that the buyer will go first or we will use a MM. He says multiple times that I would be going first. I told him that we will use a MM, and right after I say that we can use a MM, he blocks me on skype.

Approximately 30 minutes later, he unblocks me and says that if I were to post a report on him, people would laugh for denying a member who is more reputable than myself. Basically, he re-adds me because he is mad that I will not go first to him.

Because of the above, I fully believe that the user has/had the intention to scam me.

If you will not give him a TWC, I understand. But I am positive this was an attempted scam against myself, and I believe that at one point, this user will scam someone, and I am simply trying to protect fellow sythe members.

I did not receive a PM that stated what his skype ID was, although it did have exact times and messages from our skype conservation which is showed. So I did some digging and I found a post of his on sythe stating his Skype ID to prove that the skype shown is his.
