Yea I have heard of people doing this, if you do it overnight I'd do it at a bit lower heat like 275 just because I'd rather wait an extra hour or so than burn the meat on accident if the egg gets too hot for some reason.

I sure like the taste of the burgers / hotdogs once they come off the grill!

I agree. They taste much better than pan fried.

Chicken however is far better fried to me. It can't be beat!

Thin chicken fried is great but I love grilled breasts.

Yes! It's so rewarding when you make a delicious, juicy hamburger.

Yeah I mainly prefer real thin burgers, but if they're soaked in juice correctly they're awesome.

I was thinking about making some grilled vegetables and burgers tonight. I usually grill up some bell peppers and other stuff but I want more flavor. Any recommendations what to put on them?

Grilled onions are my go-to. Here in Maui we have the tastiest onions.

Onions are perfect. Asparagus is great too, in my opinion. Just coat them in some olive oil and season them with some salt and pepper before grilling

I love me some grilled burgers, mhmm. I need to get some new spices though, I have almost nothing left.

This is my 5,000th post, and with that, I bid you adieu.

I love that but my girlfriend would not. :(

I smoked a tri tip steak on Sunday. Was on for 4 hours, got to 145 and was still rare. Was very good but I would have liked it to hit 160. When I finished it the next day I heated it up for like an hour and it cooked more and was super tender and epic. I covered the top in bacon to keep it moist. I was super happy with it. Will do again but I will plan more time to cook it.
