I decided to make this thread so that I can track the build process of my car. Posting it here helps keep me motivated on my goals, and help track the overall value of my car.

and $800 on rims that look like stock Mitsubishi eclipse what a ripoff
also what year?

 

I didn't buy the rims, but i did the research and that's the value of them lol. They're nice rims, I like them. $200/rim is pretty average for 19" Alloy rims too. (Where im from at least)

It's a 2003 Daytona Blue 350Z, Stick of course.

Where in Canada? I live in Vancouver LOL, I have a 2014 Civic it's quite sick with the new upgrades.

And Your car is very nice, i was supposed to get a 2010 350z, but decided to get a 2014 Civic (im 18)

That Daytona Blue is so beautiful. It's one of the most beautiful shades in my opinion.

 

I love it but it's a bitch to match with new body parts. I bought a rear bumper a few months back and had to sell it back due to paint complications and it not being able to match. Apparently once i get a body kit I'd need to repaint the entire car for it to look reasonable.

Black rims are on the agenda. But a carbon fiber hood isn't my taste at all.

If you heard my car you'd know it's not a chicks car. You can hear the growl from the bottom of you're heart. It's a beautiful feeling.

 

Non-girl cars make V8 noises. Not ricy v6 noises.

 

Sorry mate ricey 4 cylinder noise is what I think you're referring to.

 

Nope. 4-bangers are the riciest of rice, but V6's sound ricy too. That doesn't go to say that they're all slow. Most are but some aren't....they just sound ricy. I'd keep that thing quiet.

 

Lol retail value. Did you actually pay retail value?

 

Yeah, except for the rims that came with the car. I had to do some research to determine that one.
