Abarta owes me 18M Oldschool rsgp

I've given him 2 and a half weeks to pay me back and we agreed on today, the 27th, to be the last day he has to pay me back. He hasn't gotten the money and cannot pay me back at the agreed time. I'd like to request a ban until he can actually pay me back. At that point, I see no reason as to why he should remain banned. Let me know if you need any other proof, I figured his own testament would be enough
