I am posting here today in an effort to prove to you my full responsibility to trade without having others presented with the warning to trade me with caution.

For some of the staff that are not sure why I have the TWC, it was because I was reprimanded for actions that took place over a year ago, which was exposed when my email accounts were hacked in late June. I will start off my listing some of my July 2014 Accomplishments (Some of which don't appear to enhance "trust", but I will list them to prove my activity and involvement):

Achievements since my TWC

- 60 Vouches Between the June 27th (Received TWC Status) - July 27th (Today's date)

- MM'ed a trade worth $100 USD (Proofs available upon request)

- Over 200 vouches overall

- Over 2000 Post count overall

- Over 600 total sythe+offsite feedback (mostly playerauctions.com)

- Donated extra money to the site for the purpose of Becoming SVU.

Once my current name stock is sold, I will be refocusing my attention and time elsewhere. I have another service prepared to launch, however I would rather launch the service if I can start back on a clean slate. The service is unique and will require customers to have confidence in me, I believe that they should have confidence in me, but the TWC will be a deterrence to the launching and overall success of my new service.

I do not like to use the terms "quitting" or "retiring" so I will say that I am taking a "leave of absence" from the names market for some time. I have dealt with usernames for over 10 years on multiple platforms, I'm a collector at heart and it is truly my passion and what motivates me to continue playing some of the games that I play now. I don't believe in "giving up", which is why I want to stress that the only reason for me taking this leave of absence is attributed to the greater success of the new service that I want to offer. Also with some of the hatred that some names market users are projecting towards me (which seems to be fueled by jealousy) it will be better to temporarily withdraw myself from that section anyways.

My TWC

I want to revisit the reasoning as to why I received the TWC, because obviously that's why I'm here in the first place, and such behaviors should never be brushed away or disregarded after serving a lengthy punishment. If you read through the entire report where I am issued the TWC, you will see the reasoning for my past actions. I know that the actions were never justified, and I understand that. I understand that what I had done was wrong, and I should have reacted in a more mature fashion in retaliation to what was done to be further in the past.

Update on more recent events

Some of you may have noticed that there were a few reports opened up against me while I had my TWC. The reports opened against me were due to a misunderstanding of goods being sold. I professionally handled each situation to the best of my ability, and refunded around $300 worth of goods without hesitation. All reports have been closed and handled; however one refund is still pending proofs.

In Closing

I want to assure all of the staff members, and everyone else on Sythe.org that I am here for the better of all of the Sythe.org community. I try and be as helpful as possible to new and current members, I am actively trying to meet new friends and get to know everyone a little better each day that passes by. I have made an effort to involve myself more socially than I used to be. I understand that what I have done in the past was definitely wrong, and I've been downed on the fact that I've disappointed and broken trust with some of you. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to start new and fresh, once again. I will end off by stating some of my future goals and ambitions.


Short Term Goals:

- Sell off remaining names stock

- Launch new service

- Build an OMM application

Long Term Goals

- Continue with my new service

- Earn 1000 vouches

- Become an OMM

- Become a member of the CDT.

I do take my reputation and image very seriously, and it is my primary interest to clear my title and resume operations to my full potential. I appreciate the detailed story, but that doesn't help us decide whether or not to remove the TWC.
