Mods and ranks need some serious change in security

Cause I signed off at the early hours of this morning and I've been busy today and just got home.

I screenshared the same Paypal Lean has used for the past year or so (at least) during the time I worked for him and it was totally clean. Unless a PM was sent for the particular trade there is no way to say it was Lean so this is all speculation for now. All staff have the screenshots I took.

No point in me contributing to arguments and slagging matches when it doesn't need to happen this way.

The rule was put in place because of Skype hackings. If a month old PM can be used to get around the rule then there was no point in the rule because it wouldn't do what it was put there for. We need a PM for that trade, there wasn't one.

 

I live in Pennsylvania. So my skype time is EST.

 

I'd also like to point out something else.

Lean claims that he knew the guy would be interested in redeeming Moneypak because he was in a "Moneypak" contact group. These groups do not transfer on different computers. I used to share Divica's skype, and she had categories that I did not see. Just some more things wrong with his story.

 

Did the hacker pm you at around the same time as everyone else? 5 Pmish?

 

The hacker started the conversation at 4 with him, and the scam happened about 5 minutes before we got mass messages, roughly 5:15.

 

At 4:14 EST Lean bean messaged me :

So 40 minutes before mass mailing everyone the "hacker" set his sights specifically on me.

I got banned for shit getting scammed off my SKYPE account - and had to repay in order to be unbanned

 

I think an answer to this lies in whether or not anyone else got a message from leanbean @ 4:14 PM EST.

 

Rules changed once our good ol fearless leader n4n0 got his Skype hacked. Funny how that happens.

 

Is it normal for Lean to message you first asking?

 

It wouldn't necessarily matter if Lean had already planned on scamming, would it? Maybe he found out Honest had some MP, and decided to just go for it.

I have nothing against Lean and I don't even know the dude, but I think if it's your Skype and it has been hacked, you should be responsible for it to be unbanned. It's also ridiculous that he's roaming around unbanned right now, regardless of his "good guy wouldn't ever scam" personality. Any regular member would be responsible for payment that was scammed through his/her Skype account and this shouldn't be any different.

 

^ That's not the case, though. The rules were changed so that you were only responsible if your Sythe was hacked, not your Skype. So this rule would apply to all.

 

But there's no way for him to know it was Honest. Honest Iago's name on skype is Psy. He has NEVER posted his skype name on Sythe. SO there's no way for him to know

 

So all this talk of 1 month passing and something occurred to me. My last trade with leanbean901 was for ~$3500 MP. I maxed out his paypal limit for the month. This occurred on June 24th. Exactly 1 month later (July 25th) when LeanBean's limit would be reset this "hacker" messages me on skype. I feel it is just too coincidental. Also note that leanbean901 admits to the existence of another paypal account.

This is too methodical. Unless the hacker is a genius and knew about that the trade regarding honest that was 1 month ago, there is no way he would've known besides looking at his vouches, and I doubt he did that.

 

I'm talking about Leanbean, not the hacker. Leanbean would know who he was. We're arguing the same side.

 

And this rule was changed when? After one of our more important members' Skype got hacked?
