I have no clue where to start to make my pure. What quests do i need and what levels do i need to get up? and is there like a specific order?

Do waterfall right away, instant 30 attack and strength. I suggest you google a guide on quests because there is quite a few.

 

Do waterfall quest after you have high enough hp to beat it. Then after that make sure your quest your attack to 60, otherwise the pure will be failed as you will have higher than 60 attack. You can easily look up some guides for what quests to beat for the pure you want to do.
