Skills that require money are skills such as: Crafting. I will cover all skills that cost less than 10m gold.

Combine these for less:
Mining and Smithing
Woodcutting and Firemaking
Woodcutting and Fletching

2 ways in which I will be doing this.

Option 1:
You give me desired username (You have newly(as in level 3) created the account and want levels.

Option 2:
You currently have an account that has skills and would like me to level stats on it.
