    Wanting to learn web design, where do I start?
    I've had a bunch of website ideas but I'm unable to make something out of them due to not having enough skill in website design.

    I've tried Wordpress/Bootstrap, but I don't like the idea of playing around with templates and stuff. If I wanted to build a website from scratch, what would I need to start learning? And what would be the fastest possible way to learn?

    I keep hearing about HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and stuff but it all seems overwhelming so I'm kind of confused as to how it works. :\
