What would you do during a purge?

I would make sure to have an armed group of allies with me, and see where the night takes me.

 

Try to survive the night. Bunker down, and definitely not take a life unless to protect myself/family.

 

Move to another country. Preferably one where guns are illegal and there wouldn't be such an inhumane, violent situation arising.

 

Lol at "one where guns are illegal" . Like criminals follow the law.

Also OP said during, not a month, week ect before. Its not like you could just hop on a commercial airliner during a purge.

 

I am prepared for this, down the road, like a few miles away i got a bunker which was created during the 2 world war by my father, got an ak47 there and a few grenades.

 

Im pretty safe right now, but I would probably end up moving to hawaii and go live in the middle of nowhere

No they don't. However, the general illegality of guns in my country means that they are far harder to get your hands on, which means by extension there is less of a threat.

Well, in my case I wouldn't ever live in a country with such a ridiculous scenario, but I suppose I could pose another hypothetical answer. I would probably take supplies and live out in the middle of nowhere for a while. The best way to protect yourself from other people is isolation from them. If at all possible I'd probably also stock up on fertilisers and so on beforehand as they tend to contain Ammonia, which is useful in the creation of explosives. Probably other potentially useful chemicals such as those used in the manufacture of chloroform may come in handy. Essentially, I'd spend a lot of time manufacturing traps and defences.

Suffice to say, I wouldn't just "be in the situation", I would be prepared far beforehand.

 

I would take a friends boat and all his guns and sit in the middle of the lake for 12 hours, if anyone came near us just unload bullets.

I'd probably try to find one of those underground cave systems and then hide there and try to survive the night.

 

I'd just go to a remote location like in a park or forest and get drunk / high for the entire 12 hours.

 

Theres only one entrance to my house, the front door. Ill try and get my hands on a decent automatic weapon and wait for anyone to come in.
