I see two Skype's.

One is "live:stevenilves", which has an IP completely different than IceFish93.
Other one is unknown, as it's not shown in the picture.

I can see both Skype's have the same avatar, but I don't believe that is grounds for a ban.

Checked through the IP's and they appear to be clean.
