What happend: Bought this 4 digit account, he told me he bought it clean and put all the games on it so he had allot of POP and never made a steam support account.

Yet after 1 week the account got restricted saying that it has been accessed by someone else so i talked to gugie666 aka Rokaz_it and he said to make a steam support account and give them all the information so i did and just received this message back: http://screenshotuploader.com/s/14077gkb3

Meaning, someone is trying to reclaim the account and since he bought it clean and put the games on it he is the only one able to reclaim it.

I don't have the skype conversation anymore since i reinstalled my pc.
If these conversations are stored anywhere online let me know how to find them and ill upload everything!


I am currently in a process to reclaim my money.
