    help please

    I bought a phone from someone on craigslist and they never took there account off. am I screwed? I tried to contact the guy but he never responded I hope I didn't just waste $150...

    help please

    like when you access your account on virgin mobile you type in your number and Pin but the guy still has his on the phone and I have no way to access the account. is there a way to reset the phone so can activate it

    The only thing you can do is going to a virgin mobile store and tell them that the phone was given to you by a friend, and you have no way to contact him as he no longer has access to the internet. Tell them he didn't give you the correct information (fake both the number and pin, Write it on a paper and said it came with the phone in the mail). If they ask you any questions regarding the phone that you are unaware of, tell them no detailed instructions were given to you. The phone was a present from your friend because your other phone broke (say your iphone 4 broke or something like that).

    Virgin mobile is pretty bad with their service, calling them won't do a damn thing honestly.

    help please

    You're screwed unless you switch networks. You should always make sure the ESN is clean before buying a used phone.
