Tetsu armour/player-owned-ports/90 smithing

And for PoP, you need a 99 in at least 1 of the following skills:
Fishing, Slayer, Runecrafting, Herblore, Prayer, Thieving, Hunter, Cooking, Construction.

And it'll take a month or 2 if you do it on avg efficiency.

Ok good I've got 99 Fishing and Herblore. So what do I do then, how do I start the PoP?

 

Just go to the portal and follow the cutscreen and on-screen instructions.
The tutorial is actually very clear on how you play the minigame, if you can't get it to work, the wiki has a very well written page about it too.

 

I've read the wiki article and it states that an additional requirement is 90 smithing to make tetsu armour. Does this mean I should not start playing the minigame until I have 90 smithing, because all I want is the tetsu armour?

EDIT: basically, what I'm asking is.... Can I play the minigame and gather all the resources I need to create the tetsu armour.... then later obtain 90 smithing, and then create the armour with the resources already gathered?

 

90 Prayer
90 Thieving
90 Fishing

If you have one of these you can always gather Plate, 90 smithing is not necessary.
So you can gather all the required Plate before you get 90 smithing.

 

Yesss that is the answer I'm looking for, looks like ill be collecting plate!

Now, how to do the actual minigame.. can anyone teach me?
