BH update failed to pass.

People didn't read the Dev Blog to see how BH would be implemented, and simply assumed it'd be craters, thus dividing the already dwindling PvP community further.

That's what you get when you give 13-15 year olds the right to vote, they vote without knowledge.

Oh well.

I voted yes on it, to no avail.

 

I'd rather have had Craters than Worlds tbh. I voted yes so some form made it, but it lost.

Oh well.

 

Voted yes because I like pretty skulls

 

Voted no because it killed the real 07 to begin with.

 

Lel 07 was a shit era for RuneScape anyway, that's why you see so many polls passing to implement things from 08/unique.

 

The implementation of BH - to this day - caused the largest quitting spree of RS.

 

I don't know, I read somewhere Runescape lost 1 million members accounts when EoC came out.

not true, removal of wilderness and free trade was what caused the quitting, BH was used to remedy the situation in hopes to bring people back.

 

Was Bounty Hunters BH? I just started 07 yesterday after a 4 year hiatus

So much newfags around here. The only reasons why people vote yes for bh are because:

• They did not play in 2007.
• They remember BH being active because there was no alternative (wildy)

Every bh system Jagex ever implemented was full of bugs and heavily abused. Why do you need Jagex to decide who you're going to kill? Just go after the ones who risk the most loot. Or are those people too strong for you? You're probably an 1-itemer ags product who can't PK other than ags rushing or dds dm a target. Obviously people vote to implement things from 08 that didn't hurt the game. Haven't you noticed that all the things that ruined 07 haven't passed? There's no summoning, bh, chaotics, divine spirit shields, korasi, overloads (outside the NMZ).

The only way to get the wilderness really active again is to remove worlds until there's at least 500 players per world again, just as it was in 2007. But unfortunately autistic PVM/skillers will vote no to removing worlds because then they can't have their best training spot for themselves, and have to compete for monsters.

 

Sad that it didn't go through bh is awesome

I voted yes, I know loads of people dislike bh but I loved it. I'm also one for thinking that 07 wasn't the best time for runescape and that I would rather have an 08 scape.

 

I voted Yes because so many people liked it when it was out. Personally i didn't really see the appeal but i voted for the 'community'

 

If it was like the BH craters after the wildy got removed (the second installation) - single, with level craters and targets, I'd have played simply to make a tonne of irl money from all loopholes that would be present.
