Luring Sythe members should be against the rules.

You just contradicted your entire thread in that one post. If Sythe is built around cheating, scamming, and immoral activity, why should luring another Sythe member be outlawed for any reason?

Luring is scamming in my opinion, and if you don't make it against the rules to lure anyone then at least make it against the rules to use Sythe to target other Sythe users for luring.

Anyway, because of one fundamental difference, perhaps one is targeted around the rs community at large, and another one the sythe community.

i.e its okay to lure an rs player but NOT okay to lure a sythe member.

Note: im not advocating this just saying that this is how the rules seem to work at the moment ( could be wrong on this)

another reason is that there is no effective way to prevent GP sellers from dealing in immorally obtained gold.

I don't see proof of him trying to lure you anywhere in your reports. I only see you, him and another user discussing luring another RS player. Yes you did accuse him of trying to lure you, but that's not what I gather from the evidence shown.

 

I posted yet another picture in the scam report. I dont have any CONCLUSIVE proof for example "i was trying to lure you" but for the love of god i hope it is clear what has happened here, just look at their recent posts, I also have a skype convo with nesta but at no point does he confess entirely. Pm me if you want the entire skype convo evidence i have

 

I'm just not a fan of luring in general because I do see it as scamming, taking advantage of others' ignorance for your own benefit.

Seeing as luring in general is allowed here, I agree that luring a Sythe member should be outlawed.

When you meet someone on a black market site for one of the games you frequent, there's a sort of mutual trust already in place simply based on the knowledge that the ingame money you have is worth real money. It follows that taking someone's ingame money is the same as taking their real money, and it pretty clearly becomes scamming no matter how your morals lie.

Tbh, I feel differently. I don't think one should be not allowed to lure a ceratin group of people. Now if he is lieng or such on sythe that is a different story.

Open up a public poll and let the community vote on whether or not luring should be allowed on Sythe.
Then make a change to the Official Sythe Rules based on the results
