    Explanation of the trade: Requested that he provide proof (small amount of followers for free) of what he can do, as he has no other trades done on here and if he could provide said proof, i'd purchase 1000 followers.

    How they scammed: They didn't scam, but were shady, to the point where I believe it warrants a TWC.

    Nobody is obliged to give freebies/"proof". You can always charge back 3$ if you don't get what you paid for.
