    Does anyone Bi-polar?

I suffer from a mild case of Bi-polar. My Mother, Sister, have really base case of it. I mean one moment they are fine, and then the tiniest thing gets them having a goddamn meltdown.

I myself haven't been diagnosed with it, but from research and observation from myself and my girlfriend I feel I have a small case of it.

I'm looking for information from someone who does experience or have Bi-polar and how they deal with it. Or anyone who has a family member that has it.

I'd classify my whole family (including me) as being bipolar. When I was younger it didn't take much to completely change my mood. It was probably for attention at the time. I still have it, but it's definitely mild. Closing my eyes and taking deep breaths really calms me down.

I've got many family members that have it but I think I managed to get off lucky. Honestly the way they deal with it is if they start getting pretty upset, to go into another room and remove themselves from the situation. Once time has passed and they have put some thought and perspective as to what's bothering them, they come back in and talk about it. I know not always this is an option, but it's worth a shot if you're having these kinds of problems :)
