Getting into a Modded Lobby on Black Ops 2 will not give him a Master Prestige. As a Lobby Host myself i know that it doesn't work like MW2 where you can Prestige/Unlock all to the people that is in the lobbies. There must be a recovery done meaning the modded must be on the profile of the account that is receiving the Prestige/Unlock all modification.
