1. Go to http://www.free-internet.name (pretty cool URL eh)

2. Select your country and state/province/etc. Then click the search button.

3. You'll see a list of results. Click the one you want (I'll use netzero for this tutorial)

4. Click ":get ______ for _______ per month". This will lead you to the download page.

5. Log in (make a new account if you don't have one) and download it.
