Most Popular Online Games with Modding Support?

What are the currently most active and popular online games with modding support? FPS preferred.

For example, counter-strike source was pretty popular with eventscript and its rpg mods and so but it's died down a lot.

    thanks

the community is dying for something new, and anything cool enough seems to get noticed by youtubers meaning more attention for the mod creator :)

depends on if you're looking at it like a developer or a player i guess?
