    Do Jagex not reply to perm bans anymore?
    They will not investigate any account perm banned for botting, gold farming, or real world trading- they tweet this almost daily.

    Jagex sometimes reply to your tweets about bans, so you could try that.

    Twitter is probably your best bet.
    They haven't responded to my appeal since 2013.

    They haven't responded on a legitimate unfair ban of mine since December 2013 so don't bother emailing parents@jagex

    Do Jagex not reply to perm bans anymore?
    I got wrongly banned for macroing major a few months ago and I spammed their twitter/etc, they said they review it multiple times before banning so they won't reverse or reply to perm bans regarding macroing at least. They even state it on their twitter that macro bans will NOT be reversed.
