[WTB] Obby Tank or Obby Pure

I'm looking to buy an obby tank or pure like the title says. I'm just getting back into runescape and not looking to spend a whole lot but I'd like to pay with paypal. Only requirements is that the account has 1 attack and preferably 1 prayer and 60 strength at least. I realize I'm new to the forums so I'm more than happy to cover the costs for a Middleman.
