Looking for a similar thing but just a mouse. Willing to spend up to $60, preferably wireless however I get wired is better, I just like the more freedom. My current budget Perixx is actually doing an amazing job for the price I paid but I wouldn't mind a bit of an upgrade to the £14 I spent haha.

I personally have a Razer BlackWidow and the Deathadder, although that isn't within your budget. I honestly think you should save up for it as it is very comfortable to use.

I know Razer sells the "Razer Arachni" MMO keyboard for like $60. I know it's a little out of your budget but it is an amazing keyboard for such dirt cheap. Multicolour backlit LEDs, heaps of hotkeys for MMO gaming. It's like there cheapest keyboard, but it'll last years.

Good mouse would be a Razer DeathAdder, once again, out of the price range. But a very good, cheap mouse it is. Probably cheapest one that has amazing quality, high dpi etc.

I thought I'd just add my input, once again, I understand it's out of the budget but I have both and they are amazing.

I would agree with most other people as well by saying the razer death adder is pretty much the best mouse for MMO's if you were going to extend your budget a bit more otherwise most Logitech mouses which are within the region of $30-$40 are good.

The mouse i have currently is the razer naga which is based more for games like league of legends.

Do you have a specific price range?

Also, some people have suggested the DeathAdder. Although many of my friends own this mouse and swear by it being the best, I do not agree. Razer's software is sub-par and the hardware's durability seems to have issues. Mine broke in 4 months.

I am not trying to say that the DeathAdder is bad but it's not the definitive best mouse.

As far as other suggestions go, I used to (no longer play games so just use the trackpad on my laptop) use the Steelseries Sensei but this was more of a personal choice. I'm not sure i'd be ready to recommend it to other people but it's something to keep in mind.
