Motherlode Mining

I'm level 65 mining with a Dragon Pickaxe and a prospector top. Is this one of the fastest xp to get 99 mining? I like that it's afk and can get gear for it.

Any way to determine how much i'll make per hour?

And also, post your methods and how you do it!

its probably the slowest way to get 99 mining, power mining iron is better xp. once you hit like 80 mining or so go to granite

 

It's faster than iron, not faster than granite.
With that being said, it's more profitable.

Recently, the area has became infested with bots, if you're trying to mine it legitimately, it will be tough to compete with the bots.

 

It's not the fastest place to get 99, but its a good money making method.

 

It is the most efficient method for 99 mining for sure. You earn a ton of gp, and only spend a couple more hours there while it is much less attention and click intensive compared to granite, where you earn 0 gp and must be very attentive to get most xp.

 

Does anyone know the exp/hr at Motherlode Mining?

 

I was getting around 25k I believe at level 60~ mining. Wasn't really sure. Didn't use Orion's xp tracker to find out since i was doing other stuff as well.

 

Depends on your mining level, at 70 I average 28-30k xp/hr.

 

20-25k hr exp wise money id say 100-200k hr at 85 more profit for rune ore

 

Granite power mining is much faster.

 

Granite mining is faster, takes more effort. I prefer motherlode
