Trade: I brought a name off him (plus the account for 1.5b), he got 'hacked' and now the accounts been recovered and apparently it isn't in his hands. I've emailed jagex and they told me the account has been returned to it's original owner.


Proof:
I can't log on our live:divica skype atm, since I'm on holidays but I've been talking to Mind via my personal skype;



Here he acknowledged the fact that I don't have the account, and now does he.

Divica Rija, spoke with him to try and help with with refunding me. She currently isn't online so I can't get screenshots of this but;


All in all, it's pretty clear that he knows I'm no longer in control of the account he sold me and it was recovered due to his own negligence.

 

He'll be banned if he cannot return the account name intact or refund you.
