    Skype in iPod touch
    Anyone know how to get Skype on iPod? Says I need iOS 7.0, but I use to have Skype on here.

    Model: MC008LL
    Version: 5.1.1 (9B206)

    Please link me to something, or how to upgrade to a higher iOS without a computer. Under software it says ios is up to date and won't let me opt for a higher one

    Have you tried updating your iOS by going to Settings>General>Software Update

    Or are you against updating to iOS 7?

    If it says you need iOS 7, then better update the device to the latest OS... and you will be bale to install the software

    How do I get ios 7 on an iPod 3rd gen? I connected to iTunes and it didn't auto update it

    If your iPod is too old to upgrade to iOS7, you'll need to either upgrade to a newer iPod model, or jailbreak it. There are plenty of instruction on jailbreaking if you google it.
