Where to start on a pure?

first thing i did was basically bought everything i needed to complete this quest list:




but what's stopping me from starting is i actually don't know how to start my account off because it has been so long since i actually made a new runescape account! any ideas? should i skill first or just start questing?

 

i'd maybe get a few runes to train a bit of magic, once you're about 13/14 hp do waterfall quest, fight arena, tree gnome village and grand tree quest, fairly easy to do with mage as they can be safe spotted (the hp level will help with waterfall quest). From there you could either start completing other quests, or train your stats up a bit.

 

Thanks Mr_lectro that's sort of what i needed you've given me abit of a roadmap.

 

I started a zerk pure on my alternate account yesterday, and I've found myself skilling a bit first.

While training my main, I've been fishing a lot. So that by the time I will be ready to start, I will have plenty of money in the bank on my other account.

Only need 40 fishing for lobsters, so not a problem.

 

I would start skilling on a new pure so that you're not dumping money into supplies that can easily be self-provided.

 

Try to skill and achieve requirments for quests, because it will take long time if you will start doing quests first.

 

Go to runehq.com and find all of the items and skills required to complete the quests and compile a list of that.

Then compile a list of all of the items/abilities recommended to complete the quest.

Do waterfall quest first because it will give you 30 attack 30 str right away. from level 3.

 

How I always started a pure was Waterfall for 30 atk/str, then witch's house for the HP exp. Then I skilled all skills I'd need on the account for all the quests, and then do the quests. Then all you have to do is combat training.

 

Get the skill/requirements needed for the quests first. If you find some quests reward you with stat exp for another quest you may need, do it in that order this way you are killing 2 birds with one stone

 

Start out with waterfall.
