Help for Sellers?

Hi,
I've read a few topics regarding helping buyers but I'm new to all this and I'm quite nervous about selling my account. Is there any advise that can be offered to a nieve seller?

Workout a deal whether he goes first or get a MM. That's probably your safest bet. Other than that, not much to account sales other than you giving him your info.

 

What Barton said, unless that person seems trusted, in that case you can go first. How to tell if he's trusted? number of vouches, the amount of time he's been on sythe etc...

The guy actually approached me on Xbox so he doesn't have any vouches.
He has offered to pay first but where would I stand if he then disputed through PayPal? It a significant amount hence my caution I don't get why anyone would pay so much.

To be honest there's nothing you can do if he decides to dispute it. That is why personally, I would prefer to sell stuff for RSGP or 07gp and then sell them to trusted buyers, but the problem with that is of course you would get a little less money.

 

He can recover the account if he disputes the money.

 

Sometimes for runescape accounts, it's probably harder to recover it now than disputing the money.

 

Again thanks for your help. He's offered to use either Western union or bitcoin. I think western union I can just go pick up the cash from an outlet?
