I wouldnt cut down if i were you, i would continue with a heavy clean bulk for a few more months, i usually bulk for 8 months, cut it down and just repeat. Works everytime for me. I personally dont care what i look like during the summers so thats why i bulk for a long time i only cut to take some of the fat off

Honestly I don't really cut or bulk...Well thinking about it, I guess if I had to put it into a category I'd say I continuously "lean bulk". I take a look at my body and I figure out what needs work...I'll look and see what I want bigger or what body part I'd like to have the more definition....but I'm continuously on the road to losing fat, if I see I'm starting to lose the abs I do have I make changes to my diet.

I honestly never bought into "bulking" or "cutting". I know pro body builders do it so there is evidence backing it up...but I'm not a pro body builder. I don't like the idea of losing definition while bulking or losing size while cutting...so I try and pull from both which proves to be slow....but very consistent.
