Request: Rsshopz

I'm requesting to get un-banned on "Rsshopz". The reason I was banned: "Ban Evading", which the previous ban was self-vouching. Which I literally just said "He's cool". Hoping that I can get this appealed because I was starting to get some nice vouches on that account, and was becoming more trusted, the original ban date was suppose to be July 14th, but I just checked and it said never. Would like this to get appealed, hope this helps.
