Good hangover cures?

Cucumber + Rice. You won't believe till ya try it.

 

Never heard of this. Kinda weird but might end up trying it sometime. Always looking for the best cure because sometimes my hangovers feel incurable.

 

Stodge and water. Sounds great.

 

Wait how do you even know if you have a hangover... I drink all the time I never wake up the next morning feeling like shit I actually feel really good...

 

Clearly this one has never had ethanol poisoning...

What about a Red Beer??

Clamato, beer, pepper, and hot sauce. etc.

It works wonders.

 

Match the amount of drinks you had with water usually works.

Or just take it like a fucking champ.

 

just drink a lot of milk

 

That sounds awful. Milk would curdle in your body making you sick.

Milk Thistle is a proven winner at times though.

 

Because making yourself violently sick is one way to get rid of all the nasty stuff in your stomach.

 

I always chug a few glasses of water before bed and eat some bread. If I ended up drinking way too much the night before I take a couple of ibuprofen also. When I wake up and I'm still not feeling 100%, I repeat the process.

 

Horrible advice.

Try some lemon tea and smelling salts. For some reason it works for me.

 

Try to eat something sweet such as ice cream or for every glass of licour, two glasses of water to compensate.

 

Most of the symptoms of a hangover are dehydration. Alcohol prevents the hormone ADH from being created. This hormone regulates water usage within the body. Since it is not produced water within your body is not only consumed by the filtration of the actual alcohol itself it is also urinated out of the body at a substantially higher rate. That being said the nutrients you're pissing out need to be replaced and so does the water so drink a solid mix of Gatorade and water for every drink you have and that should help.
