Yes, as itsAbused said, the risk is very tiny. The only times people get caught is if they buy 400+ referrals to the same account, or if the referral provider creates, levels and finishes 200+ accounts in a very short time-span (like 24 hours).
We are doing everthing we can to minimize the risk. So if you buy less than 200 referrals, the risk is so small it's basically zero. And even if you get caught, most cases only result in loss of rewards gained and exclusion from getting more. Actually being banned doesn't really happen to the little guy .

If you are still worried, we're currently working on selling level 15 accounts with an added 100 referrals. You can then buy one of these accounts, friend your self, wait the 14 days, and start gifting your self all the RP goodies you want! Stay tuned for that (it'll take a month or so though).
