In summary, at the end of the day, I was trying to exchange Paypal for Bitcoins. Which I believe, I have the right to do. At the end of the day. Fuck all the Gold Buyers out there.

Seems frustrating, but it's your fault for trying to get around the Paypal rules. Jimsky shouldn't have to risk having his account closed or legal action because you think you "deserve" special privileges. Also, the way you treated him is kind of appalling. Try being more civilized next time, and maybe you'll get better results.

Please, please tell me, where it says in Paypals legislation, that a customer cannot buy Gold in exchange for Electronic Payment.

Once I purchase the gold. I am at Liberty to do what ever I like with it. As it is my virtual property. There is no rule againest buying a Virtual Currency and selling it for another Virtual Currency. Its just like trading on trade/share market.

You cannot trade Bitcoin with paypal. This includes using paypal to buy something else from a vendor with the intention to then buy bitcoin from the vendor. My point, in particular, is that Jimsky would be at risk for providing this service to you. And there is no reason that a strong business would want to put itself under such risk to satisfy an obnoxious small customer that is completely irrelevant to its long term health and operation.

 

If you keep treating people this way, nobody will want to do buisness with you. Also, if you do something like you were trying to do it could get both paypal accounts limited (happend to me). If you try to get around paypal terms they will find out and from there on every paypal account you have will be limited.

 

In this situation, Jimsky recognized that you were performing high-risk activity and refunded the payment to you. You may not see the issue with him accepting Paypal for GP then buying it right back for BTC, but let me tell you something, Paypal would.

Jimsky is my competitor, but I have to side with him here. RS Gold services are not to be used as currency exchanges.

He states in the beginning that he wouldn't do so and you tried finding a loophole. After he states he'll refund you, you offend him and threaten him?

He went above and beyond to keep you as a customer and you treated him like shit. That's pretty shitty. Do you act like that at a restaurant when they mess up your order? If you do, I bet they spit in your food. I sure would.

 

I know you made this thread to make him look bad, but it only did the opposite. He clearly tried to help you, and told you straight away that he wouldn't do the exchange for you. It's your fault that you wasted any time or money on trying to find a loophole in his business (potential fraud on your end), and he shouldn't have even offered to refund your bond, but he did because he's a good guy.
