    Storyline:

    Basically, I bought a signature and avatar off Felix, and was told if I paid a little extra for an 'exclusive' avatar and signature, he will do it for $15. I asked what exclusive ment and he told me exclusive is where he spends more time/effort into his work, where as normal work would just be "Meh" and rushed. The order took 11 days, instead of the 3 days.. (Rest below)

    Anyway, I paid him and told him everything I wanted, including a matching signature and avatar, and he agreed and told me he would do an amazing job "as he always does"

    The next thing, he agreed that it would be done for 3 days after. TODAY = 11 days after, which is another reason I am not happy with the service.

    As well as the above, the avatar was absolutely awful and I wasn't fully content with the signature provided. However, I have, for the past week or so, been using the avatar/signature he provided (He knew I wasn't happy with what I had already and I did tell him) but I just used them in the meantime, hoping for him to upgrade them and make them better.

    ( PLEASE NOTE I HAVE ONLY JUST REMOVED THE AVATAR/SIGNATURE AS I REQUESTED A REFUND AND HE SAID HE WILL REFUND, THEN CHANGED HIS MIND)

    As you can see, the signature is okay. Not brilliant, but it's okay. I said this to Felix as well as saying "Is that it? I thought exclusive was more" (see picture below)

    As for the avatar, it's awful, and certainly not 'Exclusive' nor worth the money I paid for as a bundle, as I paid for an exclusive avatar/signature, expecting lots of time to be spent on them. This wasn't just my opinion, once again, Felix admitted to this. He admitted to it being awful, as well as not spending much time on it because he had other clients who "paid more" which I also see as another reason for a right to a refund, as he has spent way too long doing it, also pushing be down on his "to-do" list because of somebody who out-paid me.

    A screenshot to back up him allowing me to use the signature/avatar he had currently done, before finishing the order. (Showing he didn't have a problem with it, and providing evidence that because I have been using them, doesn't mean I like where they're at or am satisfied with it.

    Finally, as today was the day I got annoyed, and decided to post on his thread

    This wasn't anything to harass him or to discourage anyone else to use his service. (Just getting that out there). Shortly after, he logged onto skype and I brought up the fact it had been 11 days, and all the points above, therefore I want a refund.

    He quickly refused the refund and claimed that he will do the avatar now (After admitting it was bad). 1 hour later, he sent me a "New and improved avatar" (whilst the arguments were going on) which was from more opinions than 1, also shit, and very similar to the previous one. This shows he didn't spend time on the 'exclusive' avatar I paid for once again, giving me another reason to want a refund.

    Please note: He only started to take an interest in making a brand new one when I mentioned scam report and it still was bad ( the work he spent '1 hour' on during the argument )

    Next, when I sent him a paragraph explaining why I want a refund, he agreed and requested my paypal and requested that I requested a refund from his paypal IF I took my avatar/signature off. I agreed, and took off my avatar/signature and shortly after, he changed his mind.

    To top things off, he then said he would refund $7 to resolve the issue (Less than half of the full payment of $15) to avoid ME looking stupid.

    Not only do I find this guy patronising, he was an awful seller, spent way too long doing something he agreed that would take 3 days. As well as admitting he didn't spend time and effort with my order, and just rushed things and made me a 2nd priority as other people who paid afterwards, paid more.

    I would like to add a message I received from zuzel regarding the issue via skype.

    Here, as you can see, Zuzel tells me to accept partial refund for the avatar which Felix himself claimed to be shit. I am saying NO to this, as I didn't pay for just an avatar, I paid $15 for a avatar/signature bundle. Therefore, he has no right to just refund me for 1 and if he is going to refund me, he should be made to refund what I paid.

    What I mean by this in a real life context:

    I don't order a 2 sided pizza, get told 45 minutes for it to be done, another guy ordering also buys a pizza but pays for a more expensive pizza so his pizza gets delivered first. Then 1 day later, my pizza gets delivered and there is only 1 half of the pizza in the box. I wouldn't expect the pizza delivery guy to give me a half of a refund for only delivering 1 side of the pizza, as I paid for a full one.
