How long did it took you to forget your ex ?

Not long. about 45 months. Sike. that's a long time, sigh. still think about her everyyyy day

 

I was with this guy for 6 months, on the day of my birthday I discovered he dated 3-4 other girls while he was with me. It was terrible. I felt like he was the only guy who could make me happy. But I got over it, its hard. But you just need to realize its not gonna work. I know people say this but you will find someone. Someone who actually cares for you no matter what you do.

 

Is there really no possible way for you to go after her? I mean, if you broke up for shitty reasons, in this case her mom, and you liked her and she liked you, what is keeping you two from getting back together? I mean I know it's her mom not some joe but still, it's not right for her mom to stand in the way of her/your happiness.

If you do pursue her and you end up finding she loves someone else now then you will get some closure on this and will maybe help you not think about her so much. If she is single, then go get her tiger!

No matter how much you try to forget there will always be a thought in your head. If you were truly in love even alcohol couldn't wash away the feelings. No matter how much you try you the feelings will be there but believe me they will start to fade. Being sad is part of recovering and trying to hide your feelings will only make it worse. Try to go out to find other friends and believe me you will soon forgive and forget.

 

Considering I broke up with her, rather quickly. She's still distraught over it though, because the last time I saw her she ran off crying after I said hello.

 

I had the same thing, it was my first serious relation for the first time I had the feeling that I could spend the rest of my life with this girl. when I met her she was suicidal and also tried to kill herself, after 1 month of knowing her (I met her at a party) she had to got to a center to get help. She was there for a month, I couldn't visit her but I was there for her every time she needed me...

after a year we got together and we stayed together for 2 years, we had our fights, I would have forgive her everything, I loved her so much I just couldnt lose her, until her mom readed a text I sended while we were fighting. From that point on she told her to end the relationship and she did (the text wasn't even that bad, it was the truth nothing more)... I was so disapointed in her and in her mom. I lost my virginity to this girl it's just so pathetic and selfish to decide that 2 people can't love each other anymore it makes me sick lol. Anyway I was so heartbroken... right after that a girl started talking to me, she was there for me, she understanded me and really was making an effort, that's the girl I'm together with now for almost 1 year. It didn't take me long to get over her, but I loved her very much I would have done anything that I could to get her back and I did but she wouldn't stand up for herself and I was way more serious about the relationship than she was I guess, after a month she hooked up with her ex haha, I stayed single for about a year and as I said I believe I found the right person now couldn't ask for more .

I do still think about her, but I'm not missing her anymore.

 

It took me 1 month however, I went to gym and I forgot her very fast, and after some weeks of HARDCORE Training I felt like god and I could get every girl

You first love is always the one you never forget sweetheart. Just remember if it was meant to be it will be. Doesn't make it any easier but honestly you have to move forward if she has.
