where can I find

a good program for binding words and phrases from soundboards to hotkeys so I can use them while playing games? I have been looking and the few I have found either doesn't work properly [or at all] or causes issues within gameplay I use to have a program that did this but I have since then lost it due to reformats. any help is appreciated, thank you for your time either way.
