Svu?

Hi, I am eager to become a SVU, but I have a few questions...

Hypothetically speaking, if my account was hacked/or lets say mid-trade my internet cuts out for 12+ hours, what would happen in terms on my personal information being released to the person who is in the current position of being scammed, even though it wasn't actually my fault? - I am guessing there is a whole process that allows me to protect myself and defend my personal information from being handed over - e.g. deliver my side of the trade after internet is back up.

Or is the process very quick, and will my personal information be given out at any "claim" that I have scammed someone.

I am only worried about this, as I have been 'wrongfully' banned before, and I feel that if I was a SVU my personal information could have easily been given out wrongfully then.

So to sum it all up, my question is how would a 'potential' scam be dealt with if it involves a SVU. I understand that if the SVU actually scams then their information will be released, I just don't want it to happen in a case where the SVU didn't actually commit a scam, because once the info is released there's no going back.

Hoping someone can clear this up with me so I can finally apply, and I hope people don't suspect me to be a scammer for asking these questions - I am just trying to protect myself.

I highly doubt sythe/matthew would give info in just 12hours.
Also reports usually take few hours to review, if I was you I'd post asap from other device, asked friend or whatever to post dispute regarding this to make sure info wont be given out wrongfully.

 

Staff would check and see if you were hacked. We are careful when giving out the info and it doesn't happen prematurely.

However, you're two factored so you don't need to worry about being hacked.

Personal information is only released if requested by the victim. It's also made very clear that you're not to use this information to harass the other individual in any way. The information is only to be used in case of legally persuing the user who scammed.
