Requesting a TWC on Erik Worst

So, where do I start? This man was very rude, Also tried to get me to go first, REFUSED a OMM & Did not have his Skype account linked to his profile, which in my eyes is very sketchy. I have all the proof below in the screenshots. I do highly recomend that someone will TWC this person, because I honestly think this guy is a scammer. Gave him a good deal, and like all scammers he refused because I wouldn't go first.
