diabl0 is a scammer.

I sold diabl0 NRGP and he hasn't paid me yet. It's been one week. I went first to him, he said he was unable to send me money via paypal so I agreed to accept $100 worth of RS3gp. It was late so we got off of skype and agreed he would pay me the next day. Basically, all week he's been avoiding me and giving excuses. We live in the same timezone so there is no reason for it to take 7 days to pay me. Here is our conversation.

As you can see from the images above, he already has the gold but is neglecting to pay me the $100 worth of RS3gp that he owes me.

I'm asking that he is banned until he pays me the money that he owes. I need help
