Pardon list released?

Is there a compiled list in the staff lounge listing members who were pardoned, the reason and it's date of approval?

If there is, this information should be public. No reason to hide such a thing if it does exist because pardons can be viewed by anyone.

 

I don't recall there ever being one, unless it was in the upper staff lounge (wouldn't strike me as something that would be kept in the admin lounge).

Not saying there isn't one, but it's pretty unlikely a pardon log is kept.

 

There was a list before when it first came out (it was a sticky), but I can't find it right now with Google.

There's no real reason for a list. If anything, it probably will look bad on the site that so many members in positions of trust have been pardoned. Besides, a pardon is a fresh slate and has no conditions. Having a list of all pardoned users and what they were pardoned for sets a condition of having a record on them. I know the forum is so small now though that everyone knows what everyone was pardoned for anyway.

 

Its not that it's being hidden.. what purpose does it serve?

Edit: all pardons that make the USL are in the USL and are titled with accepted or denied, thats about as close to a list as we go

There was another one too because I remember specifically being on it.

 

Members should be aware of previous offenses, including bans involving a user.

@Dial, no point in a clean slate if past reports are still visible.

This would be useful in the market.

@Roary, it should be made into a list.

 

You can pull up reports with a simple google search, I dont see the need for more stickies of stuff, personally.

To play devil's advocate: We can have stuff and more stuff but people still choose to be ignorant and wind up scammed; if you can't google search a name and pull up offences or use the search feature are you going to go find and use a sticky every trade?

 

It's not just the market. It's uses would be versatile, and outside of the internet we are able to find offenders accurately through databases. Google searching wouldn't help you find all pardons as most are not labeled.

I said pardons. Most pardons have nothing to do with scamming.

or just "username" "sythe" you'll find almost anything same with
"skype" "sythe". but i do think pardons should be noted somewere, if you do it once you will do it again in time

 

There is no pardon archieve, only disputes. The only way pardons would show up that way is if it's in the title.

How would you find pardons like that if the user is unregistered?

 

Honestly its too late and a huge waste of time at this point.
