    Hello everyone and this is my desperate plea for help considering livechat couldn't do anything for me beyond spout "hurr durr send the documents again"
    I have never dealt with PlayerAuctions before but after this ordeal I never will be again. I had no idea where to look for help outside their shocking customer service until I saw a lot of my google search results were linking to old threads from here, so I hope someone else has experience with this.

    I have bought a game account off PlayerAuctions yesterday afternoon. I payed through PayPal via debit card bank transfer and all seemed fine until I got my orders status as "Verifying Payment" This is where my nightmare has began.

    So I check my email and see that I need to provide a filled out verification form in either scanned form or a clear photo, and a form of Identification.

    So I fill out the printed form in perfectly legible neat handwriting, take a crystal clear picture of it and then grab a utility bill for my internet from my ISP dated only a few days ago with my name and address on the front. Take a picture of that aswell.

    I attach both pictures to an email named "Identity Verification Form" sent to [email protected] and put my Order ID in the main body, aswell as stating "Verification form and ID in attached .jpg pictures" This is where the fucking trouble starts. I get a message back a few minutes later from Joshua of the compliance department stating
    "Hello,

    Please provide us all the requirements stated on the email.

    Should you have any general enquiries visit our website etc etc"

    WTF!!! I have put my Order number in there, filled out my verification form and attached a recent utility bill! Everything is there! So I send it again. Same response. I go to livechat and get told in broken english to "send my documents again" and "they need to accept all the requirements first" and "kindly wait for them to update you again" then get fucking ignored when I try to get Mr. Customer service to elaborate on what he's saying.

    I am extremely disgusted with the service at this point and feel like they have took my money and ran. Livechat customer service will not do anything for me and the compliance department will not telling me what I am missing from my email to let me get my god damn order.

    So what am I missing? This is my call for help to you guys. My one last hunch on this is the fact the email stated;

    "Below are the valid IDs:
    1. Digital copy of your government issued photo ID and with you holding the ID. (Drivers license or passport that also states your postal address)
    2. Fixed Line Phone Number where we can reach you.
    3.Entire copy of your most recent billing or utility statement with your name and current address on it. (this is the ISP bill I sent a picture of)
    4. Most convenient time to call you

    Do I need to provide ALL 4 of these? Is that the secret to getting past the customer service block and getting the damn order i just spent hundreds on? Can someone who has dealt with this in the past give me insight?

    A HUNDRED MILLION THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! This has been so mentally exhausting :(

    I sent them a scanned copy of my driver's lisence and that worked fine, then they called me and I was set

    Do you think a photo attached of me holding it would suffice? I don't have the means to scan it :( Also, considering they called you does that mean you also provided the landline number? Thanks a billion for the response, I feel so alone in this right now considering how cold their one customer service guy in Livechat has been.

    Hey buddy, I received this piece of shit from PA as well. It wasn't like this until like a few days ago, when they took so long to verify payment and then they sent me an email with the same things you've stated. They said that I reached the $500 spending limit, so they needed to verify shit. But apparently, you're new, so I don't understand why they have this shit. They say it's to prevent "fraudulent trading", but apparently, I think it's a bunch of bullshit.

    Yeah that should work, and yes I gave them my landline number too. They just called and asked my name and if I was the person on the account, I said yes and that was that.

    Big thanks for both those bits of info, I will send a third email to their compliance department with all 4 methods of ID included and the damn landline number if they send me back a message saying i haven't complied with their demands one more time I will get in touch with this PA manager to (Hopefully!) get this resolved.

    Will post back with if I get this resolved or not.

    I agree 100%. I'm the buyer! I'm a god damn honest buyer just trying to access my order which I have already payed for in full and here I am being treated like a criminal by their customer "support" very upsetting experience considering all the guarantees of safety and ease of service splashed around their website hooked me in :(

    PHEW! Just got off livechat again after sending all my ID through and got my payment verified. It is now at "Pending Delivery" stage. Finally. Thanks you two. Feel free to delete/lock this thread now mods, everything should be smooth sailing.
