Opinion about romanians

What's your opinion about romanians ? Everyone thinks they are gypsies or there are good opinions too ?

One of my best friends that I've known for 8 years moved here from Romania when he was 7. He wants me to visit there with him at some point. Romania also has really hot women. My ex was Romanian and both her and her sister are just insanely gorgeous. That's pretty much all I think of when I think of Romania lol. Oh and these kids and their piece of shit father.

 

It's just a stereotype, Romanians HATE gypsies more than anyone, it's just the gypsies near Romania or who have moved into Romania previously who have moved around causing trouble etc, stereotyped to be Romanians. lol

 

Romanians are not gypsies, the group that you are thinking of are the Roma, who are not ethnically Romanian but Asian.

I think generally Romanians are nice people, I have nothing against them or anything they do within their rights in the EU.

But seriously all the Romanians I went to school with did nothing there, they just came in to have a cigarette and sit down next to the radiator and to charge their phone. If I look at them on Facebook now half of them are having kids or are just on job seekers' allowance and you can see pictures of them and their PS4s or other expensive shit they've got from tax payer's money.

 

They came to UK because they got requests from UK . Romanians are more intelligent than americans , sorry.

Obviously it's a sterotype. That's what OP's asking. For what you think of first. I'm the last person to use stereotypes to judge peope but we all still have them.

 

Ethnic Romanians are actually not gypsies; they're Europeans. People confuse Romanians and gypsies because gypsies have a similar self designation; Romani.

I don't know any Romanians personally, but the idea I have of them are dark people, resembling Jewish with their large noses and dark hair and slight middle eastern look, harsh and blunt-- angry almost, and generally poor
