    No-Xplode doesn't have caffeine so I've never really liked it.

    Bronkaid or do you have a legit source of ephedrine? o_O

    I have tried a lot of different pre-workouts.

    NO-Explode
    C4
    White Flood Reborn
    1MR Vortex
    Alarm and Vein
    Iron Pump by Arnold
    Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde combo

    I'm sure there are other ones I am missing. The only one that I absolutely love is Vein. All the others do about the same for me and so I usually try to find a new preworkout to use when my current one is running low.

    C4 gets me pumped but maybe cause i also take opiates gives me a good pump.

    I have the sports drive as well.

    I've tried Craze and it's real good but pretty sure it's taken off the market.

    NO-xplode makes me feel sick during my workout. However, it does give great energy and pumps, just not sure if they throwing up feeling is quite worth it.

    Ive tried a lot of them, but my absolute favorite was ACG3...didn't make me so jittery I didn't wanna workout and it didn't make me feel sick!

    Others I have tried

    - ACG3
    - NO-xplode
    - C4
    - Jack3d
    - 1MR
    - Mr Hyde....this is the one I was currently on and I absolutely hated it! Jittery as fuck, and sometimes it'll actually made me incredibly sleepy? Needless to say I stopped taking it, tossed it in the trash about half full haha.

    preworkouts are garbage.

    The best thing to do before a workout is fast. Eat nothing before a workout. Consume drink formula during workout and eat after.

    Thats a joke, if you don't take a PWO and your trying to put on size(And not cut) the BEST thing to do would be to carb load 20-30 minutes before you workout.

    Don't use preworkouts anymore since I don't really feel anything when I take them. I've taken 3 servings of Jack3d before and still didn't feel anything so I gave up on PWOs. Now I just take some creatine and arginine 30 minutes prior to my workout.

    Yeaaa the body builds up an immunity to it! If you were to hop off for a couple of months then back on you'll get the same effects you were initially. I don't really get anything out of it physically anymore either. Mentally though it gets me out of my apartment haha. I pretty much say "wellllll I did take pre-workout so I HAVE to go"

    To be honest you really don't need to use pre workout. It might help a little but it's not as essential to a workout as you think. I use assult btw
